If the season is right, it will start to produce shiitake mushrooms after half a year. I picked good shiitake mushrooms and made shiitake sauce.
Chinese people prefer “sauce”, this time I used the way of making sauce to retain the good taste of shiitake mushrooms. I asked a master who has 20 years of experience in making sauce for advice, and after repeated attempts a dozen times, I finally made shiitake sauce. See the video for details.
